312 RiverRun

 

Currently in the works is a big public space project known as the "312 RiverRun". It's designed for bikers, walkers, runners that will stretch along a two-mile path which runs between Belmont and Montrose serving the Avondale, Irving Park, Albany Park, and Roscoe Village/North Center areas.
